Research at the Chair of Biochemistry and Chemistry of Natural Products takes place within three research groups:

1. Research group for phytochemical and biochemical examination of natural bioactive compounds
2. Research group for synthesis of natural products and medicinal chemistry
3. Research group for synthesis and biological investigation of steroid hormone derivatives

Research is carried out within national and international projects.
