The Department of Chemistry, Biochemistry and Environmental Protection is organizing each Saturday free of charge preparatory lectures for the entry exam in CHEMISTRY (from the beginning of March to the end of June). Those classes are held by professors of our department so that high school graduates have the possibility to get to know their future professors.

Any student who has completed secondary school education of a four year duration can enrol for the entry exam.

For the study programs Chemistry, Environmental Chemistry, and Biochemistry, the entrance exam is taken in the subject Chemistry.

For the study program Environmental Protection, the entrance exam is taken in the subject Environmental Protection.

The curriculum of the preparatory classes foresees the curriculums of the subject of chemistry for those who had attended the scientific mathematical departments from the first to fourth grade.

Second Application period:

Online application: September 1–4, 2026, until 1:00 PM (in case of problems with the online
application, candidates may come to the Student Services Office on September 4 between 9:00
AM and 1:00 PM).
Entrance examination: September 7, 2026.
Preliminary ranking list: by September 8, 2026.
Final ranking list: September 10, 2026.
Enrollment of admitted candidates: September 11, 2026 (9:00 AM–12:00 PM).

Online registration of candidates is mandatory on the portal for online registration for enrolment
competition: https://prijemni.pmf.uns.ac.rs

Candidate’s documentation submitted for online registration and enrolment (documents are
submitted in pdf format):

Certificates for each of four years of secondary education
Diploma of four-year secondary education
Photocopy of identity card or read identity card (if it contains chip)
Proof of payment
Certificate on recognition of the documents for candidates who need to validate their documents
Members of Serbian national minority from a neighbouring country when registering and
submitting the documentation for enrolment need to submit a written statement that she/he is a
member of Serbian national minority.
The higher education institution publishes a model statement on its website.
Candidates who are exempted from the entrance exam submit a photocopy of the certificate from
the relevant competition.
Statement for candidates who graduated from high school before the 2025/26 school year
whether the budget was used.
